A few more examples of my students’ work!  These are watercolor/pen & ink drawings based on songs.  They were asked to use a watercolor wash first to illustrate the overall mood of the song, then they were able to go back later to add more color once they had the drawings done in ink.

Today I went to the Talbot Street Art Fair in Indianapolis, and I loved it.  There were over 270 artists there, including photographers, jewelers, painters, metal workers, potters, etc.  I saw so many things that I have never seen before and some simply beautiful and impressive artwork- I will definitely be back again next year!
