I think I NEED this clock, if anything to make me feel guilty when I am getting ready to head out the door and to move FASTER.  (oh and disclaimer… my being late has nothing to do with that whole “if you’re late it means you don’t respect the person” stuff, cause come ON I don’t disrespect every single person I know!  please.)

If I don’t find this clock then I think I’ll have to make a similar one.  Do any of you suffer from chronically being late too??

They’re coasters from Curbly.  Adorable.  They kind of make me want to turn into a MAJOR art teacher geek and start wearing paint palette earrings or something.  WHICH EXIST!  I just did a search and found these:

Okay these are COOKIES that you can buy on ETSY.  Is it just me or is it crazy that you can buy cookies on etsy?  She actually has a ton of cute cookies in her shop, if you want to check them out.

This week I really want to work on my sample stamp and sample visual journal for Saturday art school, do a few paintings (or at least ONE), and get some film processed.  Fingers crossed I can make the time for it all on top of the 500 papers I have to write this week… lovely.

I also want to start making/swapping ACEOs (or ATCs or whatever they’re called.)  So, if you’re interested, let me know so I can get the motivation to start making them  =)

I was talking with some friends today about last summer and it made me really nostalgic, last summer was one of the best I’ve had.  The picture above was taken after we had all spent a weekend on the lake… ahhh I miss it so much.  I cannot wait for the warm weather.

Today at Saturday school we decided we’re going to teach the kids to make stamps, so as soon as I make my teacher sample I will be posting it =)  I have NO idea what it’s gonna be yet.  We’ll see.  Ideas?

So yeah this is what I got:

It’s a Brownie.  According to wikipedia, the first one was made in 1900 and cost only $1, which is crazy.  I paid more than $1 for it  =)  Maybe I’m on my way to having a collection like this?!!

I’ll try and take pictures of the ones I got for Christmas, too (why haven’t I already??)  And, you know, I’ll post some of the actual photos I have taken with them so far.

So since winter is officially droning on and on (and on and on and on and on) here are some pictures I found of igloos to make the winter seem less depressing, sorta.  The effing groundhog said six more weeks so we need something to make us not feel so bad about the cold right?  I used to think Groundhog’s day was silly and funny, you know, but now I’m just really annoyed.  Groundhogs, ugh.

Igloos are so pretty.  One day it’s gonna happen, I am going to build my very own igloo.

And umm.. in case you didn’t notice, that last one has a GARAGE.  Who knew?!
