These books were made in the spring of 2009.  I wanted to make a series of tiny books (these books measure just over an inch tall and just under an inch wide) and decided to focus the concept of the books on the fact that they can so easily fit inside the palm of someone’s hand.  I took six intangible ideas (sadness, love, fear, hope, anger, love) and made them tangible, in the form of these books.  The pages are filled with pictures (some abstract) and colors which represent what each book is about.
